Today I was working out at Curves and talking to one of my friends there. One thing I like about Curves, I have gotten to know some of my fellow Curvettes and it's so much more motivating to be able to talk as you go around!

This particular lady is a DJ for weddings. She's not just any DJ, but an award winning DJ. Her name is Helen Hilgers and she won the ABIA (Australian Bridal Industry Awards) for Excellence 2005 & 2008 .

I've invited Helen to become a Guest Blogger on my site. She was telling me so many interesting secrets to having a relaxing wedding day, and how staff and the wedding party should make sure your day is delightful and easy. A wedding needs to be remembered as a happy day.
